Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Freelance Marketplace Sales Executive who can generate qualified leads, win projects, and build long-term client relationships through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces.

The ideal candidate must have strong proposal writing skills, sales psychology understanding, and the ability to close international IT service projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the company’s official profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant freelance marketplaces.

• Source, bid on, and win projects that match the company’s software development and IT services.

• Write compelling proposals, manage client inquiries, and negotiate contracts directly on the platforms.

• Collaborate with the in-house project delivery team to hand over won projects and ensure client requirements are met.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and project acquisition targets from marketplaces.

• Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications

🔹 Well-known knowledge in the Business, Technology & IT field.

🔹1-2 years of hands-on experience selling services on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar international freelance platforms.

🔹Understanding of platform algorithms, profile optimization, and client communication best practices.

🔹Proven success metrics are a significant advantage.

🔹Excellent proposal and bid writing skills in English.
