Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Marketplace Sales Executive to manage the company’s presence across global freelancing platforms, including Upwork, Fiverr, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, submitting winning proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients for our software development and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the company’s official profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant freelance marketplaces.
- Source, bid on, and win projects that match the company’s software development and IT services.
- Write compelling proposals, manage client inquiries, and negotiate contracts directly on the platforms.
- Collaborate with the in-house project delivery team to hand over won projects and ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and project acquisition targets from marketplaces.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Well Knowledge in the Business, Technology & IT field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar international freelance platforms.
- Understanding of platform algorithms, profile optimization, and client communication best practices.
- Proven success metrics are a significant advantage.
- Excellent proposal and bid writing skills in English.
