Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Ambala IT’s software and IT services in local and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and a clear understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
🔹Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose customized software solutions.
🔹Navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
🔹Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
🔹Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🔹Provide exceptional after-sales support, fostering long-term client relationships.
🔹Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT field.
🔹1-2 years of experience in software sales.
🔹Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and corporate dealings.
🔹Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
