Key Responsibilities
🔹Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose customized software solutions.
🔹Navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
🔹Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
🔹Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🔹Provide exceptional after-sales support, fostering long-term client relationships.
🔹Recording and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
🔹Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products in the market effectively.
🔹Must be determined to maintain the work schedule.
Qualifications
🔹Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT field.
🔹1-2 years of experience in software sales.
🔹Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and corporate dealings.
🔹Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
🔹Proficiency in English and Bengali.
